Neon Tetra (Paracheirodon innesi) is a small, brightly colored schooling fish native to the Amazon Basin in South America, particularly in Peru, Colombia, and Brazil. Known for its striking iridescent blue stripe and bright red lower body, it is one of the most iconic and popular community fish.

Behavior & Swimming: Peaceful and shoaling, best kept in groups of 6 or more. They swim actively in the mid-water, often moving together in coordinated schools.
